The wax sheets in pure beeswax are made directly in the Lega factory, and have all the quality and attention of Lega products.
HOW THE MELTED WAX FOUNDATION ARE MADE
The solid wax in blocks is melted in an autoclave at a temperature of 130 degrees, in order to guarantee its sterilization as well.
Wax sterilization is one of the most important steps in the manufacturing process.
Subsequently, the melted wax is poured through two rollers that imprint the cells in the sheet during the cooling of the wax.
A continuous sheet of wax then comes out, which must be trimmed at the edges, and cut to the required dimensions.
This results in perfect wax foundation, which can be cut to the correct size.
