Reversible honey extractor 4 LANGSTROTH with container Ø 630 mm with laser cut stainless steel cage and variable speed motor GAMMA 2, 4 Langstroth frames or 4 Zander frames.
Designed for professional beekeepers, the line of reversible honey extractors has been designed to facilitate honey extraction. The change of rotation of the cage also causes the frames to change direction; in this way the operator does not have to turn the frames manually after the first honey extraction cycle.
With this extractor an automatic cycle is carried out, without the operator having to intervene on the frames.
The special arrangement of the cages and the mobility of the individual components of the cage ensure that the frames change the direction of honey extraction when the direction of rotation changes.
The reversible honey extractor is particularly suitable for the extraction of very viscous honeys that would be impossible to obtain with a honey extractor equipped with a radial cage. Its internal cage is made up of pocket cable baskets, which rotate simultaneously on a fulcrum so that, as the direction of rotation changes, all the honeycombs are alternately honeyed first on one side and then on the other.
With this reversible honey extractor, you can extract all types of honey, from the most liquid to the most dense, taking advantage of the tangential honey extraction and combining the advantage of radial honey extraction, which does not involve the rotation of the frames in the middle of the cycle.
The GAMMA 2 motor has controls to allow clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
The cage is made of stainless steel and laser cut, to ensure maximum construction precision.

The vat and the cage are in stainless steel, as required by the legislation on materials in contact with honey.
