Pneumatic bench capping machine for twist off caps or in screw plastic. Base in stainless steel. Manual adjustment of the height of the capping head by means of the handwheel and relative counter which provides a reference according to the container to be plugged. Maximum container height 330 mm. Adjustment of the vertical pressure carried out on the capsule, of the torque (up to 11 Nm) and of the rotation speed of the spindle according to requirements. Adjustable vessel locking system by pneumatic piston.
The magnetic spindle for twist off capsules is made on the Ø of the capsule. The operator places the capsule inside and makes adjustments based on the dimensions of the container and the capsule to be treated; by pressing the two buttons on the sides of the base, the machine closes in a few seconds
