The pollen dryer is a professional tool useful for drying fresh pollen. Drying takes place through the circulation of hot air and a stable temperature.
Drawers inside the dryer are spaced to allow optimal air circulation.
This equipment is built on the basic structure of the Small Hot Chamber (Item 6715L) originally designed to liquefy crystallized honey.
Inside this structure, equipped with articulated wheels, there is a stainless steel frame bearing 15 drawers in stainless steel mesh for pollen.
In this way, the drawers can be filled on the outside and introduced all together in the structure.
Furthermore, when the structure is empty, this device can be used for its original use which is that of melting crystallized honey.
The door has an opening for the release of humidity, which can be closed when the appliance works as a hot chamber.
Air heating is produced by a 2000 W electrical resistance, while the circulation of hot air is produced by a tangential electric fan with low electrical absorption.
The dryer has an electrowelded load-bearing structure that supports prepainted sheet metal panels with expanded polyurethane insulation.
