The following general terms and conditions of sale form an integral part of all our supply contracts, even when orders are placed by telephone, verbally, by fax or by e-mail. The contract between Industrie Lega 1937 Srl and the customer shall be deemed to have been concluded upon acceptance of the order by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl. Such acceptance shall be deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any manner. The prices of our materials are understood to be for goods delivered ex works, with packaging calculated at cost. The prices published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of products and raw materials. ORDERS<\/h4>

All purchase orders sent to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl must be complete in every part and must include the exact catalogue codes. PAYMENT<\/h4>\n

The payment terms applied by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl are as follows:<\/p>\n

A) Payment by advance bank transfer.
\nB) Payment by credit card (service available online on the Bank's secure server) for purchases made online on the website www.legaitaly.com.
\nAll cards belonging to the Visa and MasterCard circuits are accepted.

SHIPPING AND INVOICING<\/h4>

All goods are shipped with an accompanying invoice, which will be issued by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl at the time of shipment. To this end, it is essential to provide a valid VAT number and\/or tax code and unique SDI code for electronic invoicing and\/or certified email address. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Shipments will be made by carriers designated by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl. Shipping costs are payable by the customer, even if the goods ordered are returned to the sender. The costs of returning the goods to our warehouse are borne entirely by the customer. The goods are considered delivered upon leaving the warehouse and travel at the risk and peril of the customer, even if sold \u201cfree destination\u201d.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS<\/h4>

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
A) That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
B) That the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tape.
C) In the event of tampering and\/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and\/or delivery by writing \u201cACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION,\u201d adding the reason described in as much detail as possible and signing the delivery note.
D) The customer must then report any damage within seven days of receiving the goods, attaching photographs documenting the damage found to the report.
E) Once the delivery receipt has been signed, the customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

GUARANTEES<\/h4>

All products sold by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl are covered by a 24-month warranty. To take advantage of warranty assistance, the customer must keep the invoice or delivery receipt. In this case, the customer can contact our Customer Service Centre directly by sending an e-mail to: service@legaitaly.com<\/a> or report the faults and defects to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl Customer Service Centre and send the product, in its original packaging, complete with all its parts, documentation and accessories, manuals, etc., no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended use. Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer without our written authorisation are excluded. If the defect is not attributable to a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for the costs of inspection and repair incurred by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

COMPLAINTS<\/h4>

Any complaints must be notified to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this period, such complaints will no longer be accepted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
