Uncapping
Uncapping is the first stage in honey processing in the laboratory and consists of removing the layer of wax that seals the cells. This is a fundamental step: only by removing the wax caps is it possible to extract the honey correctly without compromising its quality. Our catalogue offers tools to suit every need. UNCAPPING DOUBLE TRAY
DOUBLE TANK BENCH made of food-grade plastic, ideal for beginner beekeepers. It consists of: outer tank, tap, container basket for draining the cappings, which is placed in the “working position” by rotating it 180°, edged stainless steel mesh, wooden support and plastic lid.
