ORDERS

All purchase orders sent to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl must be complete in every part and must include the exact catalogue codes. In the event that some of the products ordered are unavailable, Industrie Lega 1937 Srl will inform the customer as soon as possible.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
A) That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
B) That the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tape.
C) In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION,” adding the reason described in as much detail as possible and signing the delivery note.
D) The customer must then report any damage within seven days of receiving the goods, attaching photographs documenting the damage found to the report.
E) Once the delivery receipt has been signed, the customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.

GUARANTEES

All products sold by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl are covered by a 24-month warranty. To take advantage of warranty assistance, the customer must keep the invoice or delivery receipt. In this case, the customer can contact our Customer Service Centre directly by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] or report the faults and defects to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl Customer Service Centre and send the product, in its original packaging, complete with all its parts, documentation and accessories, manuals, etc., no later than 15 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended use. Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer without our written authorisation are excluded. If the defect is not attributable to a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for the costs of inspection and repair incurred by Industrie Lega 1937 Srl.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be notified to Industrie Lega 1937 Srl no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this period, such complaints will no longer be accepted.

JURISDICTION

Without prejudice to the applicability of mandatory consumer protection provisions, any dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Ravenna.
