Wax processing
Beeswax is secreted by worker bees in the form of small flakes and is the raw material they use to build the cells of the honeycomb, which are used to store honey and pollen or to house the brood. After being recovered from the exhausted honeycombs, the wax is processed and transformed into new wax sheets, which are essential for the production cycle of the hive.
We offer a range of solutions for extraction and processing: from solar wax melters, which use the heat of the sun, to steam melters, melters, presses and bain-marie systems. We also offer moulds, sterilisers and specific accessories, essential tools for ensuring clean, safe wax that is ready to be reused in beekeeping.

STEAM WAX MELTER “VAPOR 15”
“VAPOR 15” STEAM WAX MELTER made entirely of stainless steel, complete with collection tray measuring 410x600x620 mm. The wax melts completely thanks to the steam generated by boiling water and flows into the plastic tray provided – 30 Dadant honeycomb frames / 15 Dadant brood frames.
STEAMWAX MELTER “VAPOR 30”
“VAPOR 30” STEAM WAX MELTER, made entirely of stainless steel, with a collection tray measuring 800x600x620 mm. The wax melts completely thanks to the steam generated by boiling water and flows into the plastic tray provided – 60 Dadant honeycomb frames / 30 Dadant brood frames.
STEAM WAX MELTER "ELEKTRA 15"
ELEKTRA 15 STEAM WAX MELTER. This is the electric version of the Vapor 15, which in its basic version is heated by a large gas stove. Electric heating with a 2000 W resistance allows it to be used even in closed environments because it does not generate carbon monoxide – 30 Dadant honeycomb frames / 15 Dadant brood frames.

SMALL SOLAR WAX MELTER
SMALL SOLAR WAX MELTER in single-walled galvanised sheet metal. It is the smallest and most economical model in the series. The double glazing is mounted on a 650×650 mm tubular metal frame, hinged to the body and equipped with an opening handle. The entire interior is made of stainless steel.
