Continuous improvement has always guided our research and production. An improvement that has led to equipping our professional honey extractors with the new RD2 system:
• Low-voltage (24V) control panel with reduced dimensions compliant with American ULCSA regulations.
• Side positioning of the control panel on the bar for better accessibility.
• User-programmable cycles with a maximum of 6 working phases, where the rotation speed and direction (clockwise/anticlockwise) of the cage can be set for each phase. The total set cycle time is automatically divided equally for each phase that makes up the working cycle.
• For each selected program, the set cycle time is the actual working cycle time, and the times required to perform acceleration and deceleration ramps are not considered; the timer stops during these periods.
• The cage is designed to hold Dadant/Langstroth/Zander/Layens frames.
• The stainless steel container has a diameter of Ø 1110 mm, with the upper edge curled for greater axial rigidity, and the bottom has a special double conical shape that collects honey towards the tap.
