This device greatly lightens the work of those who work with the DV4 uncapping machine since it automatically removes and brings the combs to be uncapped directly onto the machine's feed rail, without any effort for the operator who just has to push the combs onto the feed chains.
The ELECTRIC CABLE RELEASE is composed of a tubular stainless steel structure where, on the platform of the lifter, the full super is “prepared” by scraping the wax from the cable holder strips. It is then electrically lifted up to the working level where all the honeycombs are simultaneously and automatically released from the super, hooked to the guides and introduced on the rail of the uncapping machine. Even those who have purchased the DV4 uncapping machine in past years can now equip themselves with this very valuable tool that adapts perfectly and quickly, thus lightening the work.
This electric honeycomb remover is also the first piece that is part of the "COMBI-LINE 96" automatic honey extraction line.
